• Download Ubuntu desktop (https://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop)
• Open the VMware. Use the right IP on the web address 
• Login
• On the left side of VMware 
• Right click on Virtual Machines and create a new virtual machine
• Configure the hardware 
• Install the OS such as Ubuntu, kali, CentOS, etc.
• Finish
